We were the official T-Shirt sponsor for the 2019 Coast Guard Festival. What a great experience! We loved handling the event merchandise as well as supporting the US Coast Guard, Grand Haven and the Festival! We created many shirts, trophies and awards for the event and we also attended many of the events throughout festival where we took part in activities and even sold some event shirts. We love Coast Guard City USA!
Events like the Coast Guard Festival are a great fit for what we do at Trophy House. Our business started over 50 years ago building trophies and we are still providing trophies for many events today, we have just evolved! We now have everything from the traditional trophies to newer digitally printed versions and custom fabricated options!
This event, as most events do, enabled to get the creative juices flowing while we developed custom shirt designs that were unique to the event. Getting creative is one of our favorite things to do. Gordy Dykema, a staff designer at Trophy House, has produced award winning designs throughout the years and loves to be able to step away from day to day set up and think outside of the box. One of the event favorites was this car show T-shirt design that he created! Creating custom designs creates more interest and gets people excited about the event. Way to go Gordy!
During the event, Ray Mazurkiewicz and Jake Visger were on site interacting with the crowd and selling custom shirts during the 40th Annual Cruise In Car Show, Kids day and we got together a crew of about 25 employees and their families to walk in the Grand Parade. It was a great family friendly event and 87 degrees that day and sunny!Pretty much like all of the other days of the festival. In addition to the great weather there were great crowds.
